摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a substitutional material pile having a diameter larger than the diameter of an excavating blade of a rotary press-in steel pipe pile and strongly fastened over the whole thereof and having expectation to strength, and to provide the rotary press-in steel pipe pile appropriate for the construction. SOLUTION: The steel pipe pile having an excavating blade at a pile tip part is rotated and pressed into the ground to the predetermined depth, and the steel pipe pile is pulled up to a certain depth by reversely rotating it. The substitutional material in place of the sediment is thrown into a space under the pile, and the steel pipe pile is reversely rotated again for press-in to push the substitutional material with a bottom of the excavating blade for consolidation. Throw-in of the substitutional material by reverse rotation and pull-up of the steel pipe pile, re-press-in and consolidation of the substitutional material are repeated to extend the substitutional material pile upward.
