PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Fe-Co alloy plate by a novel manufacturing method which is capable of making stable production by solving the problem of embrittlement by regularization of Fe and Co which is heretofore problem with the method of manufacturing the Fe-Co-base alloy plate. SOLUTION: This Fe-Co alloy plate is constituted by forming alloy layers of Co and Fe on either one side or both sides of both front and rear sides of a metallic plate substantially consisting of Fe. This method of manufacturing the Fe-Co alloy plate comprises the Co layers or the Co layers containing 0.01 to 5.0%, by mass %, >=1 kind of the elements selected from V, Si, Al, Zr, B, Mo and Cr by a physical vapor deposition process on either one side or both sides of both front and rear sides of the metallic plate substantially consisting of the Fe, then forming the alloy layers of the Co and Fe by performing diffusion treatment.
