PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taxi driver with an appropriate instruction at an appropriate spot (at an appropriate timing), with the initiation on the part of a passenger, so that the driver reaches a destination appropriately.SOLUTION: In a guidance message provision device 3, a request extraction part 308 extracts a start point and a destination included in a guidance message provision request sent from a user terminal device 1, and a route search process part searches for a route from the extracted start point to destination. Based on the searched route, a message forming part 310 reads loudly to cause generation of a voice instruction message to a taxi driver, and generates instruction information that is to be output at a spot necessary to reach the destination and is increasingly detailed as the driver approaches the destination. A message provision part 311 provides the user terminal device 1 of the request origin with the generated instruction information. |
