REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC DEVICE, REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM, AND REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing loads required for remote diagnosis, and also, to execute the remote diagnosis by adapting to a function possessed by a terminal device of a maintenance target.

SOLUTION: The remote diagnostic system is composed of a terminal 101 having a facsimile communication function and a center device 100 for executing the remote diagnosis by the facsimile communication function to the terminal 101. If the center device 100 executes the remote diagnosis to the terminal 101 via a telephone line network 102 and detects the information regarding an e-mail function included in the diagnosis data acquired by the remote diagnosis, the remote diagnosis to the terminal 101 from the next time is switched to the remote diagnosis by the e-mail function via the Internet 103.
