The system has a shifting and locking system for a king pin. Haul hopper (16) is centrically attached between chassis carriers at a rear end of a semi trailer. The hopper made of steel is connected with a rear rail and is locked with a hopper opening at the rear end. The hopper is a hollow body that has four side surfaces that taper themselves towards a coupling unit. Wear plates are tapered at its front side.
