PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp an individual difference or the like regarding the discharging amount of an individual head without actually discharging ink. SOLUTION: On a resin member 20 on a base body 10, a slit section 23 comprising a plurality of slits (recess sections) having different slit widths is formed. Each slit width of the slit section 23 changes corresponding to the deformation of a discharging port 21 accompanied by the deformation of the resin member 20. Therefore, a slit quantity which can visually be checked in the slit section 23 for the discrimination of the deformation amount of the discharging port 21 is used. Instead of actually discharging the ink to obtain the discharging amount information of each head, the slit quantity in the slit section 23 is visually checked, and thus, the change of the discharging port diameter is detected.
