PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping sheet capable of being subjected to dense shaping having a fine uneven shape and a high grade feeling and also superior in mold releasability, and a decorative sheet shaped from the shaping sheet. SOLUTION: In the shaping sheet constituted by providing a transparent or translucent matte undercoating layer containing a mold release agent to at least the whole surface of a base material and partially providing a surface shaping layer to the undercoating layer, the surface shaping layer is formed by crosslinking and curing a layer comprising a curable resin composition containing the mold release agent and a matting agent.
