PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a tube-loading assembly, other positioning devices, or medical imaging equipment to move more easily. SOLUTION: A system, method and apparatus to detect (102) the movement of a medical imaging device (1228) and support a movement (104) by external force in terms of size. In one point of view of this invention, an operator presses an engagement release switch or button to release an axis of a movement so that a manual movement can be generated. The operator applies force to the equipment so that the resistance against the movement can be eliminated. When the equipment starts to move as the result of force application by the operator, this movement is detected and a motor is engaged to enable the operator to apply force for supporting to move the equipment based on the direction of the movement.
