PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an unnecessary movement of an ottoman body so as to reduce operating time. SOLUTION: When a sitting determination means 11s determines that a person sits on a seat body, a control means ECU controls an elevating mechanism so as to raise the ottoman body in a first position so that the ottoman body keeps the legs of the sitting person raised in a specified rotation position when the seat body is rotated by a rotating mechanism. When the sitting determination means 11s determines that the person is not sitting on the seat body, the control means ECU controls the elevating mechanism so that the ottoman body stays at a second position below the first position at a specified rotation position when the seat body is rotated by the rotating mechanism.
