This stabilization assembly comprises: at least one extradiscal element (40, 40', 50, 50'), especially of the plate type, arranged behind the intervertebral space and able to limit a movement between two adjacent vertebrae at least in the direction of intervertebral flexion; and at least one elastic member (42), which can be compressed upon lordosis of said two adjacent vertebrae in such a way as to control this lordosis. |
