A device for analogue-to-digital conversion comprises an analogue-to-digital converter, input of which is connected to output of an analogue adder, the first input of which is connected to a signal source, the second input is connected to output of the digital -to- analogue converter, inputs of which are connected to output bus of a digital generator of noise signals. For extension of scope of application a buffer register and a digital subtracter are added. |
