PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive color-changing ink blended with a phosphor (hereinafter called as blended with the phosphor), capable of controlling the attached amount of the ink or setting printing positions by mixing the phosphor in the thermosensitive color-changing ink and emitting light at parts printed by the thermosensitive color-changing ink on irradiating with an ultraviolet light or infrared light, and a printed matter by the same. SOLUTION: This thermosensitive color-changing ink is obtained by blending the phosphor so as to properly control the thermosensitive color-changing ink changing its color into transparency in a printing machine on printing, and the phosphor is blended in 0.1 to 0.3 mass% to the thermosensitive color-changing ink.
