The invention provides a voice output device and a voice output method. The voice output device comprises a word data storage unit, a regeneration mode selection unit, and a word output unit. The word data storage unit stores first voice data of a first language and second voice data of a second language, and the voice data is used as voice data related to each word in a plurality of words. Through the regeneration mode selection unit, a user selects a regeneration mode from a plurality of regeneration modes which are used to regenerate first voice data and second voice data of each word in the plurality of words. The word output unit outputs the first voice data and second voice data of each word in the plurality of words as voice data from a voice output portion in sequence, according to the regeneration mode selected by the regeneration mode selection unit. |
