PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headgear which makes it possible that one predetermined size of headgear fits a wide range of patients, eliminating the need to make a large number of adjustments to the headgear to achieve a fit, and which leaves no facial marks in use, and also to provide a cost-reduced method of manufacturing headgears for respiratory masks.SOLUTION: Provided is a headgear for use with a mask comprising a rigidizer 660; a conformable material; and at least one fabric, wherein edges of the at least one fabric are sealed by at least one joint so that the rigidizer, the conformable material, and the at least one joint are encapsulated by the at least one fabric over at least a portion of the headgear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
