PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a biological sample component, capable of simply and accurately quantifying and calculating for either component of a plasma component and cellular component of a minute and unknown amount of whole blood sample taken from a finger or the like.SOLUTION: A method of analyzing biological sample components of a minute amount of blood sample includes; calculating a dilution magnification of the blood sample using an external standard substance, where the external standard substance is a component of the blood sample normally contained at a specific concentration and a buffer solution for dilution contains no components that interfere with quantification of the external standard substance; and measuring a concentration of the external standard substance in the blood sample diluted with the buffer solution for dilution and calculating a dilution magnification of the blood sample based on the measured values.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
