PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which enables the enhancement in the invisibility of a conducting pattern of a defroster device.SOLUTION: A heating plate comprises: a pair of glass plates; a conducting pattern 40 disposed between the pair of glass plates and defining a plurality of opening regions 43; and a junction layer disposed between the conducting pattern 40 and at least one of the pair of glass plates. The conducting pattern 40 includes a plurality of connection elements 44 extending between two branch points 42 and defining the opening regions 43. Of the plurality of connection elements 44, connection elements each connecting between the two branch points 42 as a straight line segment account for less than 20%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
