PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery and a method of manufacturing a back electrode of the same.SOLUTION: A solar battery and a method of manufacturing a back-side electrode thereof are provided. The method of manufacturing the back-side electrode of the solar battery performs a screen printing step on a semiconductor substrate on ahead, measures the displacement amount between a laser ablation notch and the back-side electrode in the screen print step, and next, adjusts the interval between the laser ablation notches based on the displacement amount, whereby when another semiconductor substrate is thereafter subjected to the screen print step, the displacement amount between the back-side electrode and the laser ablation notch is controlled to be within a further smaller range. Accordingly, a manufacturing process defect which occurs because the back-side electrode cannot perfectly cover the laser ablation notch can be clearly improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
