PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of suppressing reduction in durability when injured.SOLUTION: A solar cell module includes a solar cell module body having a light receiving face plate, a solar cell, and a back face plate in this order from the light receiving face side to the back face side. The solar cell module body has a sealing layer for sealing the solar cell between the light receiving face plate and the back face plate. Each of the light receiving face plate and the back face plate is chemical strengthening glass, and depth of a compressive stress layer formed on the light receiving face of the light receiving face plate by chemical strengthening treatment is 20 μm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
