PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for polymorphism detection capable of simply detecting polymorphism of a CYP3A gene at high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A probe for polymorphism detection is: fluorescence-labeled oligonucleotide that has a sequence with a base length 11 to 50 which includes a specific 411 base sequence of a CYP3A gene, has at least 80% or more of identity with respect to a base sequence having a base same as the CYP3A gene except that a base corresponding to a 11-th base of the base sequence is cytosine, and a base corresponding to the 11-th base of the base sequence is labeled by fluorochrome; or fluorescence-labeled oligonucleotide that has a sequence with a base length 11 to 50 which includes a specific 11 base sequence of the CYP3A gene, hybridizes under a condition stringent with respect to a complementary strand of a base sequence having a base same as the CYP3A gene except that a base corresponding to the 11-th base of the base sequence is cytosine, and a base corresponding to the 11-th base of the base sequence is labeled by fluorochrome.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
