PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a development cartridge, a process cartridge and an image formation apparatus for suppressing the diffusion of developer. SOLUTION: A movable cover 132f is mounted on a development unit case 132a constituting a development cartridge 132. The movable cover 132f is supported so as to be rotatable with a rotary shaft 132b1 of a development roller 132b supported by a development unit case 132a as a center. The movable cover 132f is positioned (the first position) at the side of the development roller 132b so that the peripheral surface of the development roller 132b in the non-use of the development cartridge 132, and positioned (the second position) at the lower part of the development roller 132b so that toner leaking from a clearance between the development unit case 132a and the development roller 132b can be received in the use of the development cartridge 132.
