PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily moldable semiconductive rubber composition having improved processability and excellent strength while maintaining a low value of volume resistivity and to provide a semiconductive rubber member having excellent abrasion resistance using the semiconductive rubber composition. SOLUTION: The semiconductive rubber composition is characterized as comprising an epichlorohydrin rubber (A), a polyether rubber (B) and a chloroprene rubber (C). The epichlorohydrin rubber (A) contains at least ethylene oxide and epichlorohydrin and the polyether rubber (B) contains least the ethylene oxide and allyl glycidyl ether.
