PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for repulsing birds and animals which damage crops and trees, by surprising the birds and animals with a sound of a firework, etc., an odor of a gunpowder, or the like, from a place at a distance, without giving a direct blow thereto, for the purpose of making it easy to scatter the birds and animals, while there is a limit in scattering them by a person. SOLUTION: This device comprises a shooting device of the rocket firework, etc., which is structured so that a top edge 10 of a main body cylinder 1 having a single cylindrical shape functions as a muzzle and is concurrently used as a charging hole, an opening part 2 in an intermediate area is used as an ignition hole for a fuse, etc., and a bottommost part 9 is used as a grip, wherein the device is operated as follows: (1) loading is conducted by supporting the main body cylinder 1 to be raised at the front and inserting the firework through a charging hole 10; (2) lighting is conducted by keeping the main body cylinder 1 horizontal, transferring a slide cylinder 6 in an upward direction, opening the opening part 2, and lighting the fuse 8 with a long lighter, etc.; and (3) discharge of the gun is conducted by quickly raising the muzzle 10, after lighting the fuse 8, and then taking aim at the birds and animals, so that the slide cylinder 6 is naturally dropped downwards at the same time and the opening part 2 is covered, and therefore the discharge is conducted at an angle of 45°to the harmful birds and animals (such as a monkey and a crow).
