An apparatus of warming without fire is provided to have no risk of fire because it does not use fire and to be used very conveniently by forming a lower adhesive layer with capsicum tincture, silver powder and mugwort powder. An apparatus of warming without fire includes an outer case(1), a crease inner cover layer(2), a mugwort heating layer(7), a fiber layer(3), an adhesive support(5), an upper adhesive layer(4), a lower adhesive layer(6) and an air intercepting protective band layer(8). The crease inner cover layer is mounted on the inner surface of the outer case. The mugwort heating layer consists of a mixture of iron, activated carbon, sodium chloride and mugwort powder and is built in the inner recess of the outer case. The fiber layer is installed on the lower end of the inner recess of the outer case. The air intercepting protective band layer is attached to the lower adhesive layer.
