A prefabricated door and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to change design of a door easily by using various kinds of material for surface material of the door. A prefabricated door comprises a main body(101), steel frames(140,150), and corner caps(160). The main body includes a core(110), a reinforcing material(120), and a surface material(130). The metal frames are attached to four sides of the main body. The corner cap connects the metal frames with each other. The surface material is a plate which is 4mm to 6mm thick and attached to the core, thereby forming the main body. A wooden board, a metal board, an inorganic board, and a synthetic board are used for the surface material. The metal frames are made of aluminum and coated with powder to withstand against scratches. The metal frames have corner cap holes. The corner cap is inserted into the corner cap hole, and then secured to each other by a screw.
