PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for game machines capable of preventing fraudulent unlocking by a novel constitution different from the conventional constitution. SOLUTION: This locking device 1 is provided with receiving members 14 and 15 to be fixed to the side of an outer frame 21, and hook members 3 and 4 movably provided in the side of a front frame 22. One of the receiving members 14 and 15 is locked with a plurality of hook members 3 and 4. The plurality of hook members 3 and 4 is energized to the receiving members 14 and 15 in the locking direction by different energizing members 10 and 11 and unlocked from the receiving members 14 and 15 by an unlocking mechanism 5 interlocked with a locking shaft of a cylinder lock 6 provided in the front frame 22.
