PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mechanical resonators of various resonance frequencies to resonate with one another by an optical method.SOLUTION: A phase/intensity modulation laser 101 for a probe modulates a phase and intensity of a laser beam, generated from a laser diode, with a frequency fto generate an optical comb of a repetition frequency f, which is used as probe light. A phase/intensity modulation laser 102 for a pump modulates the phase and intensity of the laser beam, generated from the laser diode, with a frequency f+Δfto generate an optical comb of a repetition frequency f+Δf, which is used as pump light. A place where an object mechanical vibrator 104 is set is irradiated with the generated pump light and probe light by a light irradiation part 103 constituted by a lens or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
