PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blurring correction device that can correct blurring more naturally.SOLUTION: The invention includes: a correction pattern determination unit that determines a correction pattern about signal values around each of a plurality of signal positions of an input signal, for each of the signal positions, on the basis of change in code of a second-order differential value of a signal value sequence at scanning at the signal position in a predetermined scanning direction and a code of a first-order differential value of the signal value sequence; and a correction unit that adds the correction pattern determined by the correction pattern determination unit for each signal position to the input signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
