PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor structure having high durability.SOLUTION: A reactor structure 10 having a quadrangular prism in which, a bottom face is an almost isosceles trapezoid, for forming a pebble storage space 20 of a pebble bed type reactor, is formed of a core material 11 formed of graphite, and a ceramic coating material 12 for coating a surface of the core material 11. In more detail, the core material 11 is covered with an aggregate formed of a ceramic fiber, for forming a base material, then the base material is put into a CVD furnace, then, a SiC matrix is formed in a gap of the aggregate, thereby forming the ceramic coating material 12 on the surface of the core material 11. Because the ceramic coating material 12 with high durability is formed on the surface of the core material 11 formed of graphite, so that graphite is hardly exposed and wear hardly occurs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
