The present invention relates to a railway vehicle passenger car having bicycle holders. A mounting frame is installed in the upper part of the wall having a protruding heater inside a passenger car for a railway vehicle. Multiple holding bars for fixating the wheels of a bicycle to the mounting frame are mounted in order to operate in a folded state and operate individually. Therefore, the holding bars are used in a folded or an unfolded state according to the number of bicycles to be transported, thereby variably using the internal space of the passenger car. In addition, a board material is foldably mounted in the upper part of the mounting frame in order to utilize a part with folded holding bars as a table by unfolding the board material, thereby efficiently utilizing the internal space of the passenger car.
