PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening material coating method capable of coating a fastening material having a plurality of coating diameters with little dispersion, an electronic device manufacturing method containing that fastening material coating method, and a coating equipment.SOLUTION: A fastening material coating method comprises: an adjustment step of measuring the magnitude of the outer shape of a fastening material applied, to adjust the application quantity of said fastening material on the basis of the result of said measurement; setting the upper limit time and the lower limit time of a coating time; and raising the application pressure, in the case where the setting of said coating time exceeds said upper limit time, and lowering said application pressure in the case where the same is lower than said lower limit time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
