The present invention relates to an apparatus to change the posture for colonoscopy examination, to facilitate posture change of a patient and continuously press the abdomen during colonoscopy examination. The apparatus comprises: a body part combined with a waist part of a patient to keep a left decubitus posture and a lying posture; a pelvic limb part raising both legs to an upper side of the body part in the laying posture of the patient and adjusting the angle to maintain a crouching posture; a connection part connecting to the body part and the pelvic limb part, and including an angle setting member to adjust the angle of a pelvic limb lifted and raised in the body part by joint rotation; and a pressing part having a fastening bar inserted into an insertion hole formed in both ends of the body part and a pressing body to press the abdomen of the patient in the fastening bar. Since a state of raising the leg of the patient is kept in a colonoscopy examination state, an operation state of the colonoscopy examination is adjusted without interference and a state of pressing the abdomen is set in the posture raising the leg when pressing the abdomen is required in a process of carrying out the examination, so operation is conveniently performed, a correct examination is realized, and reduction of workforce needed for the colonoscopy examination can be achieved. |
