A malware analysis system (1) has a preliminary analysis unit (131), a determination unit (132), and a designation unit (133). The preliminary analysis unit (131) obtains information pertaining to communication transmitted from the malware, by executing the malware obtained as candidates for analysis. The determination unit (132) determines whether or not the malware should be analyzed, on the basis of the information obtained by the preliminary analysis unit (131). The designation unit (133) designates an order of analysis for the malware determined by the determination unit (132) to be targeted for analysis, on the basis of the information obtained by the preliminary analysis unit (131).
