PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell behavior analysis device or the like capable of facilitating a highly accurate automatic tracking of individual cells even under the high density condition of the cells in a noninvasive image.SOLUTION: A cell behavior analysis device 1 partitions a range of the luminance value of the time lapse image relating to a frame ID "t" applied with cell image processing by a plurality of threshold values, generates a plurality of binarized images, and detects a cell candidate area (S1). The cell behavior analysis device 1 extracts a hypothesis on the correspondence between the cell area relating to a frame ID "t-1" and the cell candidate area relating to the frame ID "t" (S2), and calculates a likelihood of the hypothesis P and each component of the constraint function C. The cell behavior analysis device 1 specifies the optimum hypothesis using the integer programming method (S8), and takes the cell candidate area included in the optimum hypothesis as the cell area relating to the frame ID "t", and updates the tracking result data stored in a storage part 12 (S9). |
