[Problem] To provide a multi-core optical connector which is easy to assemble as a result of having a simple structure, and which provides excellent operability during connection. [Solution] By providing a plate-like guide 2 for fiber movement to an end face and providing a gap x at the rear surface of the plate-like guide 2, fibers 5 move with each other in the optical axis direction along through-holes h provided in the plate-like guide 2 when connecting a connector. Accordingly, when connecting connectors, the fibers 5, which are capable of being elastically connected independently of each other, can be connected collectively. Further, when used as a multi-core connector 1, the positioning accuracy between the fibers 5 can be improved. |
