PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power in a position detection terminal.SOLUTION: An information terminal 20 includes: an association processing section 21 for associating a position detection terminal 10 with the information terminal 20 and transmitting correspondence relationship to a server device 30 together with identification information intrinsic to the terminal; a reception section 22 for receiving the identification information transmitted from the position detection terminal 10; a position information acquisition section 23 for acquiring the received present position of the information terminal 20 when the identification information is received; and a transmission section 24 for transmitting the received identification information and the acquired position information to the server device 30. The server device 30 includes a position information notification section 32 for notifying the information terminal 20 associated with the identification information of the position information when the identification information and the position information are received. When an information terminal 20 of another user is positioned within the range of a predetermined distance from a lost article with the position detection terminal 10 attached thereto, the position information is transmitted to the information terminal 20 associated with the position detection terminal 10 attached to the lost article.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
