The invention relates to an advertisement signalling informative display apparatus (1) including a support structure (2) for supporting a display device (3) suspended substantially centrally above the road surface (4) of an intersection. This apparatus (1) will be used to advertise to stagnant traffic and simultaneously be a signalling apparatus synchronised with the relevant traffic lights at the intersection. The apparatus (1) containing conventional traffic lights (5) and electronic displays (6) will be connected to the controller of the intersection, by a programmed PLC. The controller containing the programmed PLC and other components will have an uninterrupted power supply UPS (13) that will back up the entire intersection and the apparatus (1). The programmed PLC communicates with the coded software, giving instruction to visuals appearing on the screens of the apparatus (1). The coded software will also be linked to an App, related website and other outlets, performing the continual fluctuated coding received from a control room executing desired actions. |
