The invention relates to devices for thermally decomposing polyethylene and polypropylene waste to produce hydrocarbon raw material. The present device includes a unit for heating a polymer raw material, containing a pyrolysis oven with a polymer raw material thermal decomposition reactor and devices for loading raw material and unloading coke, a unit for fractionating the products of decomposition of the polymer raw material, and an assembly of heat exchangers. When functioning in an intermittent plastics waste processing mode, the device contains at least two thermal decomposition reactors which are connected in parallel and which are capable of sequentially connecting to the device. The unit for fractionating the products of decomposition of polymer raw material contains, sequentially-connected, a catalyst column, a bottom reservoir, a dewaxer and a rectification column. The dewaxer consists of a packed lower portion and of a dephlegmator. The rectification column for separating fractions of diesel fuel and gasoline consists of a packed lower portion and of a dephlegmator. The device catalyst is a heterogeneous catalyst made of titanium in the form of strips which are twisted in the same or different directions to form spirals, which spirals are disposed in the catalyst column, in the bottom reservoir, in the pipes of the heat exchanger and in the pipes of the dephlegmators. The device according to the invention permits an improvement in the finished products obtained. |
