PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parting lines produced in a molded product to achieve reduction in a flash removing work by overlapping an upper die with a bottom die without disposing a middle die therebetween in a terminal part extending to the lower side from a connection part, thereby being die-molded. SOLUTION: In die-molding a connection part 7 and an upper die-molding part along both hollow sealing portions 5, 6 extruded from the connection part 7, a middle die 45 is disposed between an upper die 40 and a bottom die 50. In die-molding a terminal part 8 extending to the lower side from the connection part 7, the upper die 40 is overlapped with the bottom die 50 without disposing the middle die 45 therebetween, so as to be die-molded. This prevents the production of parting lines (L) between the middle die 45 and the other dies in the terminal part 8 extending to the lower side from the molded connection part 7. In other words, the parting lines (L) are produced only in the connection part 7 and the upper die-molding part along both the hollow sealing portions 5, 6 extruded from the connection part 7. Accordingly, the length of the parting lines (L) is smaller as a whole, so as to obtain a good appearance and reduce the flash removing work. |
