PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of inhibiting body deformation caused by a fastening force even when the body is suspended from a ceiling etc. by anchor bolts.SOLUTION: A lighting device 100 includes: a body 10; a power supply unit 20; a translucent cover having light diffusivity; a center cover; and a frame 32. The body 10 has a fixing plate 11 made of a metal and a side plate 12 provided at an edge side of the fixing plate 11. Attachment holes 2 for attaching anchor bolts 1 are formed at a center part of the fixing plate 11. The power supply unit 20 is attached to a rear surface of the fixing plate 11. A longitudinal direction (a virtual straight line M) of the power supply part 20 is arranged substantially perpendicular to a virtual straight line L connecting the respective attachment holes 2. |
