PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive casting nut that is excellent in durability and dimensional accuracy, a manufacturing method of the casting nut, and a slide screw device that includes the nut and can perform smooth actuation with little backlash and without noise and vibration.SOLUTION: When casting a nut for a slide screw, using a screw shaft 2 combined with a casting nut after completion to be used as a slide screw, or a casting mold 10 in which the screw shaft 2 manufactured by the above step is arranged in a center part, a low-melting metal, such as an aluminum alloy or a zinc alloy, is cast. |
