PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide congestion control capable of determining a stationary message rate, different vehicle-by-vehicle, in an autonomously distributed manner in a radio communication system constituted by vehicles.SOLUTION: A radio communication method to be performed in a vehicle includes the steps of: measuring a channel busy rate representing the ratio of a channel busy state; calculating a busy rate error by comparing the measured channel busy rate with a target channel busy rate; at least partially on the basis of the ratio of weight, determining a first parameter for a first vehicle; at least partially on the basis of the busy rate error and the first parameter, determining a message rate when transmitting a message from the first vehicle. |
