PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus capable of switching the irradiation pattern of a laser beam emitted from a front end of a probe while restraining the laser therapeutic effect from varying for each laser beam.SOLUTION: An ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus guides a laser beam to at least any one of plural optical fibers provided in a probe and causes the laser beam to be emitted from a front end of the probe. The ophthalmic laser treatment apparatus comprises a splitter unit and a control part. The splitter unit can split a laser beam generated by a laser light source into a plurality of laser beams. The control part drives the splitter unit and switches the number of light guides, i.e. the number of optical fibers through which the laser beams are guided, according to a command for selecting the number of laser beams (S31, S35). When the number of light guides is increased (S34: YES), the control part increases the output of the laser light source (S36). When the number of light guides is decreased (S29: YES), the control part decreases the output of the laser light source (S30). |
