PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fine silver particles that precisely controls fine silver particles to be used for conductive paste, conductive ink or the like, particularly fine silver particles of a volume of 20 μmor less in order to make them finer.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of fine silver particles is characterized by making fine silver particles of a volume of 20 μmor less finer by using an etching solution having an etching rate to silver of 200 nm/minute or less. The shape of the fine silver particles may be spherical, angular, flat, fibrous, undefined, or of any other shape. |
