PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner outdoor unit capable of taking a sufficient amount of air in an electrical component box.SOLUTION: The air conditioner outdoor unit comprises: a casing 5; heat exchangers 13 arranged correspondingly to lateral faces of the casing 5; a blower fan 23 which is provided in an upper part of the casing 5 and blows air taken in from the lateral faces of the casing 5 upward; and an electrical component box 50 housed in the casing 5. Air outlets 57 are provided on a side wall 75 of the electrical component box 50 located below the blower fan 23, and air intakes 56 and 58 are provided on a bottom wall 71 and the side wall 75 of the electrical component box 50 located below the outlets 57.
