<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep improvement advice program improving sleep by objectively providing credible advice based on a quantitative analysis result about various factors influencing the sleep. <P>SOLUTION: This sleep improvement advice program 10 is so structured as to cause an investigating computer 1 to realize an analysis recording function 11, a question response function 12, a first behavior search function 13, a sleep search function 14, a second behavior search function 15 and an advice output function 16. As a main function, the first behavior search function 13 determines quality of a level R of sleep from a response file 42, and searches the response file 42 for a response corresponding to a primary behavior factor F of a first search file 43.
