PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which an external terminal and a monitor terminal short-circuit because of a solder bridge which is generated when solder on the external terminal protrudes over the monitor terminal.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device comprises: an element mounting member 110; external terminals 116 arranged on an outer bottom surface of the element mounting member 110; a piezoelectric element 130 mounted on the element mounting member 110; integrated circuit element-mounted pads 113 arranged on a surface of the element mounting member 110; monitor terminals 114 arranged on both sides of the integrated circuit element-mounted pads 113 and connected to the piezoelectric element 130; an integrated circuit element 120 electrically connected to the integrated circuit element-mounted pads 113 by bumps 122; and an underfill resin 150 filled between the integrated circuit element-mounted pads 113 and the integrated circuit element 120. The underfill resin 150 is formed so as to expand over the monitor terminals 114. |
