PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech signal noise removing device removing noises in the speech bandwidth through simple processing with simple constitution. SOLUTION: The speech signal noise removing device which removes noises from an input speech signal is equipped with a specific frequency group attenuating means for attenuating a plurality of narrow-band components principally of a specific frequency and its higher harmonics, and passes the input speech signal through the specific frequency group attenuating means to output the resulting passed speech signal as a noise-removed speech signal.
