摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire detailed information such as three wavelength used for a three wavelength fluorescent tube as correction information for correcting a photographed image according to artificial lighting, and appropriately correct the photographed image. SOLUTION: A bar code reading part 14 reads lighting information when the lighting information printed as a bar code on the artificial lighting is read by a camera part 13. An OCR reading part 15 reads the lighting information when the lighting information is read when the lighting information printed as characters on the artificial lighting is photographed by the camera part 13. A camera control part 17 performs image correction using the three wavelength information as correction information when the three wavelength information is read as lighting information by the bar code reading part 14 or the OCR reading part 15. Moreover, the camera control part 17 performs image correction using three wavelength information acquired from a lighting database 281 as the correction information when only information of a manufacturer's name and a device number is read from the bar code reading part 14 or the OCR reading part 15 as the lighting information.
