摘要 This invention is directed to a customer relationship management integration system and method in an online and an offline mode of operation. In this invention, CRM customer data, which is generally incompatible with groupware data, is manipulable by the groupware client. Customer data that can be fitted within standard groupware data structures is synchronized with the data structures for manipulation by standard groupware tools. Customer data that can not be fitted within standard groupware data structures is manipulable by special customer tools that may be used within the groupware client.
