摘要 |
A quenching apparatus of a high-temperature reactor system is provided to improve the cooling efficiency and dust removing efficiency by controlling a water level of cooling water and a pressure of a reactor, and spray cooling water directly from spray nozzles. An inner pipe(100) is partially inserted into a quenching apparatus through a top side of a housing(110) in a vertical direction. An open end of the inner pipe is slantingly formed to get wider as it goes to an upper part. A cooling water discharge valve(116) is installed at a cooling water discharge port formed at a lower end of the housing to discharge cooling water stored at a lower part of the housing. The cooling water discharge valve is opened and shut, interworking with a pressure change signal in a reactor. |
